Current site behavior
LaunchRoster does not currently provide user accounts or collect payment information. The submission copy tool runs in your browser and does not send the text you enter to an AI service.
Basic technical data
The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and service operation. LaunchRoster also records a small set of anonymous product events to understand whether visitors use the route builder, save a channel, export a plan, join a waitlist or submit a platform suggestion. These records contain the event name, page path, time and a temporary random browser-session identifier. They do not contain form text, email addresses or advertising identifiers.
Waitlist
If you join a LaunchRoster waitlist, the email address, signup source, consent version and signup time are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. This information is used for LaunchRoster product access and substantial editorial updates. It is not sold or shared with advertising networks. Every email sent from the list must include a unique unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are excluded from active exports.
Your choices
You can request email removal or deletion of waitlist and contact data. Deletion requests are reviewed before processing to reduce unauthorized requests. Completed deletion requests are anonymized in the request log.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, the submitted name, reply email, subject, message and submission time are stored in Cloudflare D1. They are used to review and respond to the conversation and are not added to the waitlist unless you join it separately.
Platform suggestions
Platform suggestions store the submitted platform name, official URL, explanation, contact email and submission time. The contact email is used only when the editorial team needs to clarify the suggestion.
If you contact LaunchRoster by email, your message and address are used to respond and maintain the relevant conversation.
Changes
This policy will be updated before accounts, payments or materially different analytics are introduced.
